To be eligible for Public Housing:
- All applicants must have an annual gross household income which is less than the federally published limit. Income limits change annually.
- No one that has a felony conviction over the classification G will be admitted into the program;
- If you or any person in the household owe back rents or back utilities, you will be denied Public Housing for one year after application is received and until rents and utilities are paid in full;
